3. Data processing when participating in a HelloBetter webinar
3.1 Scope and legal grounds of the processing of personal dataIf you would like to participate in our webinars, you need to register on our webinar registration page. Your registration is voluntary. To process your registration and send you an invitation with a link to the webinar, we require the following registration data:
- name
- e-mail-address
- questions you may want to ask before the webinar
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you do not give us your consent, participation in the webinar is not possible.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If you revoke your consent, you can no longer join the webinar. Please note that the revocation is only effective for the future. Data processing that took place before the revocation is not affected.

3.2 Recipients of personal data
We use the services of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (95 Emerson Street, STE 601, Denver, Colorado, 80218, USA) to provide the necessary infrastructure required. Zoom also provides the registration page, so your personal data will be transmitted to Zoom to provide you with an invite to the webinar. Please note that Zoom’s pivacy policy applies for the processing of your registration and video data.

We delete your registration data after the webinar has been held.

4. Lieferando voucher
HelloBetter may offer to provide catering via Lieferando vouchers. In case you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we will forward your first name, last name and email-address to Lieferando (yd. yourdelivery GmbH, Am Karlsbad 16, D-10785 Berlin, Germany). You will receive the voucher code that allows you to order food on Lieferando’s website via email. Use of the voucher code is voluntary. In case you do not want to give your consent or decide not to use the voucher, there will be no negative consequences if you do not give your consent.
Please note that any data you provide to Lieferando when placing your order will be processed according to Lieferando’s privacy policy.
We retain your personal information required to provide the voucher until the statutory rentention period for invoices has expired. This is the case after 10 years.

You can exercise the rights listed below. For the right to information and the right to deletion, the restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG (German Federal Data Privacy Act) apply.

If your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request the correction or completion of your personal data.

You can request the deletion of your personal data if one of the following reasons applies:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
- You object to the processing in accordance with point 6 and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.
- The personal data have been processed unlawfully.
- The deletion of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under Union or German law.
This does not apply insofar as the processing is necessary:
- To comply with a legal obligation which requires processing in the relevant law.
- To assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Right of objection according to Article 21 GDPR
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (data processing on the basis of a legitimate interest of HelloBetter).
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
