GET.ON Institut für Online Gesundheitstrainings GmbH’s (GET.ON Institute) Terms of Use for participation in the HelloBetter Online Course Corona – Calm through the Crisis.

The course you have selected is subject to the following Terms of Use. By checking this box, you consider these Terms of Use to be binding and agree that the use of HelloBetter online courses is at your own risk.

Our contribution to strengthening mental health during the Corona crisis

As a digital health care company with more than 10 years of experience in the development and scientific evaluation of psychological online courses, we have set ourselves the goal of contributing to the psychological care during the corona crisis.

Therefore, natural persons can participate in our Corona online course free of charge, provided that a sufficient number of user licenses are still available. In order to meet our responsibilities and quality standards, we have found sponsors such as Allianz SE who make this high-quality offer possible. We are still looking for other sponsors: user licenses can be purchased by legal entities in any amount for the use of a self-determined group (e.g. employees) or for the general public (sponsorship). The acquisition of user licenses by legal entities is governed by a separate agreement. If you are interested, please contact us at corona@hellobetter.de.

The course does not constitute a therapeutic service or medical treatment provided by HelloBetter or GET.ON Institut für Online Gesundheitstrainings GmbH or the persons acting on behalf of HelloBetter. Use of the course does not lead to the conclusion of a treatment contract. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

In the case of severe mental health problems, a consultation with a psychological psychotherapist or appropriate medical specialist is indicated. In the event of an acute crisis, you will find a list of addresses provided by the Stiftung Deutsche Depressionshilfe (German Depression Relief Foundation) here: https://www.deutsche-depressionshilfe.de. In this relation, we would also like to draw your attention to the telephone number of the telephone counselling service: 0800 111 0 111

Should side effects occur in connection with the use of the HelloBetter online course, participants are asked to inform their family physician or psychotherapist immediately or to contact support@hellobetter.de.
